Founded in 2002, Prism Risk Management guided the creation and growth of the Texas Schools Property & Casualty Cooperative (from 2002 to 2012) and Oklahoma Schools Property & Casualty Cooperative (from 2009-2012) public risk pool programs. Prism’s experience and knowledge base began with Chairman Jack Floyd. In addition to having almost 40 years of leadership experience with public pooling and quasi-public entities, Jack is also regarded as one of the pioneers of the public risk pooling field. The TSPCC and OSPCC programs were built and launched on this same foundation of experience and expertise.
